With over 30 years experience in the utility engine manufacturing business LCT's quality professionals have implemented proven process control techniques to maintain the highest quality levels. For instance, each engine undergoes a 200 point inspection and 100% power testing. LCT's state-of-the-art web based Engineering Change Request (ECR) System ensures all changes are routed through the USA corporate offices for approval and are serial number tracible.

The 140+ page LCT Corporate Supplier Quality Manual is based on international quality standards for our Factories and Component Suppliers.
Premium Components
LCT knows the importance of having premium components in our products. That is why our suppliers must pass a rigorous quality audit and why critical components are sourced from the same suppliers where top US and Japanese engine brands buy their components.
Corrective Action System.
Customer service is an integral part of LCT's core philosophies and no quality system would be complete without a solid system to correct customer complaints. With its web based Corrective Action Reporting (CAR) System customers can actively interact with LCT's quality professionals and review the root cause(s), corrective action planning and verification that the issue has been resolved.
Warranty and Non-Conforming.
LCT's extensive service center network use the state of the art web based Warranty System to file a claim and receive repair parts.
OEM's utilize the web based Non-Conforming System which is used in conjunction with the Warranty System to continuously track defects in the assembly process and in the field to monitor quality levels.
Current defect rates in both OEM and Warranty tracking meet and even exceed industry standards!
